Medication Administration
As a courtesy to our students and to maintain continuity of care SHS can administer certain medications in our office. Students who have a current prescription from a prescribing provider may bring their medication to the office for administration by SHS staff.
To facilitate this process, the physician must first complete the Medication Administration form and be returned to SHS at least 3 days prior to the date the medication needs to be administered.
Appointments
Appointments are required for medication administration and can be made by calling our office.
Cost
There is a cost of $20/visit or $50/semester depending on the frequency required for your medication. If you have questions regarding what your specific charge might be, please feel free to call us at 410-617-5055.
