U.S. News & World Report ranks Loyola among top universities in North region

Ā鶹¾«Ń” is No. 4 among the best universities in the North region in the U.S. News & World Report's ā€œBest Collegesā€ guide for 2021. Loyola has been ranked in the top five for more than a decade.

In addition, Loyola is ranked:

  • No. 4 (tied) for ā€œBest Undergraduate Teachingā€
  • No. 9 (tied) for ā€œMost Innovative Schoolsā€
  • No. 16 (tied) for ā€œService Learningā€
  • No. 44 for ā€œBest Valueā€
  • No. 60 (tied) for ā€œBest Undergraduate Engineering Programsā€
  • No. 116 (tied) for ā€œBest Undergraduate Business Programsā€
  • No. 160 (tied) for ā€œTop performers on Social Mobilityā€
  • No. 171 (tied) for ā€œBest Undergraduate Computer Programsā€

Loyola was also listed among the A+ Schools for B Students.

This year U.S. News analyzed 1,452 U.S. bachelorā€™s degree-granting institutions on 17 measures of academic quality including retention and graduation rates, class sizes, student/faculty ratios, and average federal loan debt of graduates. The indicators were assigned a weight or grade based on U.S. Newsā€™ criteria.
