Loyola announces new discount for alumni pursuing another Loyola degree
麻豆精选 is offering a new benefit to Loyola alumni who decide to pursue a graduate degree at the University. The new Double Greyhound Alumni Discount program, which launches this summer, will offer a 15% tuition discount to Loyola alumni applying to graduate programs.
Eligible alumni must have earned a bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 degree from Loyola University Maryland and be admitted to one of the 14 eligible graduate degree programs. The discount is available beginning June 1, 2021, for new graduate students starting in the 2021-2022 academic year.
Tuition discounts will apply to posted tuition charges and will be automatically deducted from student billing accounts.
Loyola students become part of a highly active and influential community, with an alumni network 70,000 strong鈥攊ncluding more than 30,000 graduate alumni鈥攑roviding the opportunity to build a diverse professional network and enrich their personal lives.
鈥淭his new program is one of the many ways we seek to provide value to our alumni network鈥擫oyola鈥檚 Greyhound Nation,鈥 said Terrence Sawyer, J.D., senior vice president. 鈥淲e are excited to be able to recognize our dual-degree seeking alumni in this way.鈥
Select graduate programs also offer current Loyola undergraduate students the option to take advantage of a fast-track application process and accelerated program options for additional cost-savings, and all Loyola alumni benefit from a waived application fee.
鈥淥ur alumni know us, and we know them. It just makes sense to create these pathways to an advanced degree,鈥 said Eric Nichols, vice president for enrollment management. 鈥淲e hope this program will make pursuing a dual degree at Loyola even more accessible and attractive to the students and alumni we already value so much.鈥
